The show stars the Ivey Awards-honored actor Shá Cage as a young man who seems incapable of telling the truth. Shá is fantastic to watch as she playfully navigates rhyming couplets and extravagantly tall tales with ease. The gender bending casting is explained by the artistic team as congruent with the main character's lying tendencies. No need for explanation! Playing around with gender seemed to breathe some life into this fairly simple plot.
